The Webmaster creates and manages the information content and organization of this website. He assures its appealing visual appearance and its functionality. He receives relevant information, including information regarding tournaments, pairings, tournament results and leader board standings, from Captains, Organizers, Scorers and other volunteers. He assures that there are one or more Assistant Webmasters trained and capable of maintaining the website in his absence. He ensures that the website is backed up on a regular basis so that its functionality may be restored if necessary.
